Application Forms of Ramsey Town Council

Many, if not all, of the application forms that you need to access services provided by the council are avalable for download from this section. The forms range from applications of an Allotment through to a Burial Plot in the cemeteries.

To download the document from Ramsey Town Council to your computer click the name of the document. Select the option of opening the document or saving it to your computer and click OK when ready. Allotment Garden Tenancy Agreement

A Tenancy Agreement made between Ramsey Town Council and the current/new tenants of Stocking Fen Road Allotment Site run by Ramsey Town Council.

Form A.2 Memorial Application

Memorials are not to be erected unless the appropriate application form A.2 has been completed in full, submitted and a cheque for the relevant fee delivered to the Burial Administration Office PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING. The Memorial Mason shall contact the Council and give a clear indication of there programme to erect the memorial, especially the date and time, to ensure no funeral is taking place due to being a Working Cemetery.No work is to be carried out in the Cemetery until you have received a permit and contacted the Council as per the Cemetery Rules and Regulations and Memorial Mason Registration Scheme.

Form A.4 Additional Inscription

Additional Inscriptions are not to be completed unless the appropriate application form A.4 has been completed in full and submitted, enclosing a cheque for the relevant fee delivered to the Burial Administration Office PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING. The Memorial Mason shall contact the Council and give a clear indication of there programme to complete the additional inscription, especially the date and time, to ensure no funeral is taking place due to being a Working Cemetery.No work is to be carried out in the Cemetery until you have received a permit and contacted the Council as per the Cemetery Rules and Regulations and Memorial Mason Registration Scheme.

Any Repairs to Memorials are not to be carried out unless the appropriate application form A.6 has been completed in full and submitted to the Burial Administration Office PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING.
