Ramsey Rural Museum

Ramsey Rural Museum is situated on Wood Lane in Ramsey just beyond St Mary's Church (see local faculties map). Ramsey Rural Museum is a set of 18th century farm buildings. Around the Rural Museum there are many different farming equipment from many different ages. There is also a house that has been reconstructed to demonstrate how people would have lived in the Agricultural Revolution. It is set on open countryside with full parking and disabled access.

Ramsey Rural Museums attractions include a wide range of farming machinery and tools. A Blacksmiths Forge  and old shops such as chemists. Old Fen drainage tools and items of past importance at some time or the other are also a feature of Ramsey Rural Museum.

Ramsey Rural Museum also have an exhibition that displays the history of Ramsey from 969 A.D. to the present day.

The Museum opens from 2pm until 5pm on each Thursday and Sunday from April to September.
