Details for consideration to be included may be emailed direct to the Web Master and shall include as a minimum the name, address and telephone number of the entrant and the name, address, telephone number, charity registration number and purpose of the organization.
You may include photographs of good taste, if you do not have suitable material please indicate that you would like photographs of your premises/content to be taken for you and this will be arranged also FREE OF CHARGE. You may be contacted for further details.
